MBUSI offers Team Members eLearning which is a convenient option for training that can be accessed on-the-job or off-the-job. ELearning offers both training that is required for your position as well as voluntary training. Required Training refers to training that is required for your job. You should get approval from your supervisor before you take required training via eLearning. This training must be taken during regular work hours for hourly (non-salaried) Team Members. Voluntary Training refers to training that is not required for your job. This is additional training offered to Team Members who wish to learn new skills or develop their skills further. Voluntary training is to be taken outside of regular work hours, and you will not be compensated for this training. *Note: If you have questions/concerns as to whether a required or voluntary training course is compensable, you should contact your supervisor. To login as a student or instructor, use your MBUSI badge number for both your student ID and password. Once you have logged in, you are encouraged to change your password.
